Katie Roberts
Director
Katie Roberts has worked as a Career Consultant since 2002, providing career assessment services and guidance to over 3000 school leavers, university graduates and people making a career change. She has a Bachelor of Science (Psychology and Management) from the University of Wollongong and spent part of her degree studying at Indiana University in the United States on a scholarship program. She is an accredited Myers Briggs Practitioner and member of the Australian Association of Career Counsellors.
With a background in Human Resources and Recruitment, Katie has previously worked in the London office of Hudson, one of the world’s largest recruitment agencies. She is the author of the Career Interests Profiler and the Career Personality Profiler, two assessments she developed to help people make informed career choices. Katie is a regular guest speaker at industry events and conducts team building workshops for companies across Australia.
Helene Larson
Career Consultant
Helene Larson provides career guidance for high school, TAFE / university students and adults. She has extensive experience in a wide variety of roles, including sales, business development, marketing, communications and financial advising. Helene holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Newcastle, and has worked for more than ten years in the banking and finance industry, managing and training sales teams. She is an experienced educator, having worked for many years as a tutor for HSC and University students.
Helene is a highly effective communicator who can motivate and interact with young people with differing abilities, backgrounds and aspirations. She is able to instil confidence and self-belief in others, motivate them to achieve greater success in their chosen careers, or guide them to find a fulfilling career and course. Helene also provides advice on resumes, interview attire, quick-fire interview tips and techniques to improve the likelihood of securing that dream job.
Drew Clark
Career Consultant
Drew Clark is an experienced and successful Recruitment and Human Resource Consultant with over 25 years in the industry. After working for two high profile Recruitment and Management Consultancies, he set up Clark Pendrigh & Associates Pty Ltd in 1982, specialising in Recruitment and Search in the middle to senior management areas. Drew subsequently developed the Human Resource Consulting arm, REMCIN, to cater to clients’ needs in the provision of a number of HR related functions.
Drew has a wealth of experience in all facets of Senior/Executive Recruitment and has complemented that extensive experience with a variety of consulting briefs in the general HR area. Drew’s skill with people is the hallmark of his success and it is this and his intuitive expertise that has allowed him to create such a successful profile with a variety of clients and candidates alike. His ability to operate at corporate levels, consulting to CEOs and senior executives as well as having an equally effective rapport at the operational level, is another measure of his skill set. Drew provides career planning advice and transition coaching to individuals across a range of industries. He is a Professional Member of the Career Development Association of Australia.
Ellen Rodger
Career Consultant
Ellen Rodger is a Career Consultant with a professional background in Adult Education, Recruitment and Employment Services. She is an award winning writer with a Master of Arts (Creative Writing), a Group Trainer with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and a CELTA qualified English Language Teacher.
Ellen's professional experience includes developing and facilitating Career Transition courses for Adult Education programs, teaching Creative and Business Writing Skills to community groups, and participating in the recruitment process for both government and private sectors. For over ten years she has assisted an enormous range of people secure work in their chosen field.
Ellen has a strong understanding of the challenges involved in changing careers, and will collaborate with you to uncover your talents and aspirations, instigate action, and maintain enthusiasm and motivation. Her approach is practical, energising and empathetic, with a focus on taking manageable and realistic steps. Her down to earth manner and optimism instils confidence in others, setting them at ease in the exciting and dynamic process of change. Suzie Plush
Career Consultant
As a Registered Psychologist with a background in recruitment, Suzie Plush is well equipped to help people identify a career that suits their personality and skills. Having worked as a Consultant for Hudson, one of Australia’s largest recruitment agencies, Suzie has experience in job and competency profiling, personality assessments and psychometric testing and is trained in conducting behavioural interviews. She has also been involved in a number of talent management projects for companies such as Westpac, Telstra, ATO, Railcorp and Transfield.
Suzie has provided coaching to clients on their career direction and course options, along with advising them on job search strategies, networking skills, resume presentation, job application methodology and interview skills. She is an active youth mentor and has been a motivational speaker at youth events, schools and conferences since 2002. Suzie is an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society and has SHL accreditation.
Susie Roberts
Career Consultant
With over thirty years experience in Adult Education and Small Business Management, Susie Roberts has extensive knowledge of a wide range of industries. She began her career as a Singer and Artist, before starting her own creative arts school, which she successfully ran for over 10 years. A passionate teacher and photographer, Susie regularly tutors at the Central Coast Community College in Adobe Photoshop and is commissioned as a Creative Designer for Scrapper’s Guide in the United States.
For the last 5 years, she has worked extensively with school students, facilitating literacy and special needs programs. Tertiary trained in Business Studies and Accounting, Susie has a wealth of knowledge to draw upon in helping people at all levels to find their ideal career path. She is an excellent communicator and is skilled at helping people identify and harness their natural strengths and fulfil their true potential.
Jackie Marsterson
Career Consultant
Born in the UK, Jackie and her family moved to Asia in the early nineties and lived in Singapore for ten years before settling in Melbourne, Australia in 2001. After working in hospitality for a prestigious group of hotels in London, Jackie embarked on a rewarding new career path in Singapore as a Relocation Consultant. This involved guiding new migrants through a period of change and transition in their lives, assisting them to assimilate into a different culture and adjust to a new work life balance. The move to Melbourne provided another opportunity for Jackie to develop and enhance her interpersonal skills and saw her move into the Education sector. Working with high school students, she assisted them with career advice and securing work placements. This stimulated her interest in, and passion for, Career Development and inspired her to study Career Counselling at RMIT.
Jackie has since successfully completed the Graduate Diploma in Career Education and Development and continues to study in the area of Counselling. Her passion is supporting individuals to realise their true potential and to value their skills and abilities as well as assisting them to achieve a healthy balance between life, learning and work. Through the texture and variety of Jackie’s own journey through life, her international experience and varied career path, she is able to bring empathy and understanding in helping clients to feel empowered and motivated and achieve their personal and professional goals. Michael Drew
Career Consultant
Michael Drew has been helping people find jobs for almost 20 years. It truly is his passion in life. He is a former researcher and writer of the NSW Job Guide and has contributed to a number of other careers publications. He has worked as an Employment Consultant and Job Search Trainer for over 10 years and has extensive experience in writing resumes, application letters, selection criteria responses, conducting practice interviews and helping people prepare for job interviews.
Michael has studied the industry extensively and has a strong knowledge of the employment market. He liaises with employers on a regular basis to keep abreast of recruitment practices. He has helped people prepare for job interviews for a wide range of industries including healthcare, government, legal, finance, education and IT. Michael’s knowledge of interview performance is second to none. He has a teaching qualification as well as a certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment and brings an informative yet easy-going style to his work that makes you sit up and take notice of what he has to say.
Jane Anderson

Jane Anderson is an experienced Career Consultant with a background in executive coaching, people development and image consulting. With a Bachelor of Business (Marketing), a Cert IV in Workplace and Executive Coaching and a Cert IV in Training and Assessment, she provides her clients with the opportunity to explore their career options, take the right steps towards their career goals and determine how to perform their best at interviews.
With over 6 years experience in people development and 12 years sales and marketing experience, Jane instils a confidence in her clients in being able to fulfill their potential. With a background in human resources in goverment and private enterprise, Jane also helps her clients in areas such as resume writing, selection criteria and interview skills.
Jane is a great listener and her approach is very open and collaborative. She is pragmatic and resourceful and focuses on her clients in their challenge to find rewarding and satisfying careers. Her positive outlook and coaching style allows her clients to see possibilities where they may be hidden! Jane is an ACC (Associate Certified Coach) member of the ICF. With a background in HR, Employee Development and Outplacement / Career Transition Coaching, Lisa has always maintained a strong focus on ensuring the right people are in the right roles. Not only has she had hands-on senior management experience within the professional services and hospitality sectors, she has also worked as a Recruitment Consultant, assisting with the establishment of two legal recruitment agencies.
Having been responsible for organisational recruitment, Lisa knows what employers look for. Not only can she assist you with creating a resume that sets you apart, she can also provide great insight into interview strategies that will ensure you stand out from the competition. Celia is an experienced Communications Manager with a working background in publishing, events, retail and hospitality. She holds an MBA and has a substantial background in business management. Celia is able to assist people at any stage of their career including: senior management, career change, first job applications and applying for a promotion. She excels in creating tailored resumes and cover letters designed to help applicants get interviews for the positions they want.
Celia has assisted job seekers in highly technical industries such as health, IT and construction and is particularly skilled at assisting people to apply for government roles. As well as creating personalised employment applications, Fiona’s expertise in written communications has delivered high-quality business and personal profiles, shareholder reports, stakeholder updates, executive summaries, presentations, newsletters, articles, direct and electronic mail, websites and blogs. Fiona’s professional experience is supported with a BA (Journalism, Policy Studies) and Master of Business (Employment Relations).
Belinda Fuller

With a background in marketing communications and corporate writing, Belinda appreciates the need to approach each resume and job application with fresh eyes. She is an expert at drawing out your skills and experience and tailoring them to produce a personalised Resume ideally suited to the position(s) you wish to apply for. She also has a good understanding of the process involved in preparing Selection Criteria for government positions.
With experience gained over 15+ years, Belinda has achieved significant success in a variety of roles and projects covering direct marketing (both print and online); conference management; research and writing numerous brochures, flyers and newsletters; general communications strategies and website production and management. Her experience has enabled her to develop a comprehensive range of skills and knowledge as well as the ability to effectively convey a technical message through effective copywriting.
